Very easy and delicious.

Excellent!!! The gravy was a bit salty at first but I added some extra water until it suited my tastes I also added some corn starch and water to make it more of a gravy than an au jus, it worked out fabulously. I would definitely make this again, it was a big hit with my fiancé.
