    I admit, I hardly ever follow a recipe as it is, but I loved the premise of this one so I adjusted it to the tastes of my family. I started off not knowing what to do with a piece of pork tenderloin. So I sauteed onion and garlic, then browned the slices of pork. I did the butter & flour thing and then added the beef bouillon/vinegar mixture to the pot. I added the mushrooms and voila! It is succulent! Thank you so much for sharing!
