Really good! The blending of ingredients is complex and very delicious. I will make this again!

Mostly here to rate the blueberry sauce. I had some trouble mashing the blueberries. I'll probably throw them in a blender next time so the skins of the berries aren't so intact. Overall I thought the vinegar and sweetness of the berries and sugar was a good combo. Doesn't take much to flavor the pork. It's potent stuff. super easy to make

Nice. A little too much vinegar to the blueberries. I'd turn down the balsamic, unless it was a nice, aged, sweet one. Otherwise?'yummy! The blueberries and the thyme go together nicely.

I doubled the blueberries, sugar, and garlic in the sauce; kept balsamic at 1/2 cup. Did a separate pan of boneless chicken breasts (for those who can't eat pork)......And it was fabulous!!
