  • pork tenderloin
  • mango chutney
  • asparagus
  • potatoes

Directions

  1. Cut up potatoes and boil them in water until soft enough to mash.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 and cook pork according to package.
  3. Snap off ends of asparagus, then coat with olive oil & salt. Spread out on a baking sheet and place in oven along with pork.
  4. Mash the potatoes along with some butter, garlic, & milk.
  5. Serve together with a some mango chutney for the pork.
