  • 1 pound pork leg (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 clove garlic (sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 jalapeno chiles (seeded and diced)
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • 1 apple (peeled and sliced)
  • 3 teaspoons cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the pork. Turn heat down to low, add oregano, garlic, salt and pepper, and allow the pork to cook in its natural juices for 5-7 minutes. Combine the ingredients of the sauce, heat tortillas on a flat griddle and fill them with the prepared mix. Serve with the sauce on the side.
