Directions
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the pork. Turn heat down to low, add oregano, garlic, salt and pepper, and allow the pork to cook in its natural juices for 5-7 minutes. Combine the ingredients of the sauce (sliced onion, peeled and sliced apple, cilantro), heat tortillas on a flat griddle and fill them with the prepared mix.
- Serve with the sauce on the side.
