Ingredients

1 pound pork leg (sliced)
3 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic (sliced)
1/2 teaspoon oregano
salt
black pepper
2 jalapeno chilies (seeded and diced)
1 small onion (sliced)
1 apples (peeled and sliced)
3 teaspoons cilantro

Directions

1Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the pork. Turn heat down to low, add oregano, garlic, salt and pepper, and allow the pork to cook in its natural juices for 5-7 minutes. Combine the ingredients of the sauce, heat tortillas on a flat griddle and fill them with the prepared mix. Serve with the sauce on the side.
