Pork Stuffed Loaf


To make this savory loaf, a yeast dough is prepared in the Thermomix, which does all the work in a very little amount of time, and then this dough is divided in half, filled with bacon, ham, and sausage (or some combination of these three), and then baked until golden brown and heated through and through. You can use your own favorite varieties of meat, including pancetta, prosciutto, and hot Italian sausage, so long as they are all fully cooked before scattering over the bottom dough half.


  • 1 cup milk
  • 25 grams bakers yeast
  • 180 grams margarine
  • salt (to taste)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 180 grams margarine
  • 500 grams flour
  • bacon (to taste)
  • ham (to taste)
  • sausages (to taste)
  • 1 eggs (for brushing over the loaf)


  1. 1Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 356º F).
  2. 2Warm the milk and combine with the yeast.
  3. 3Place the milk, margarine, and salt in the Thermomix cup and set to 1 minute/50°C/speed 2.
  4. 4Whisk 3 eggs and 1 egg yolk.
  5. 5Add the whisked eggs to the Thermomix and set to 30 seconds/speed 3.
  6. 6Add the flour to the eggs and set to 20 seconds/speed.6.
  7. 7When finished, set to 2 minutes/spike speed.
  8. 8Let the dough rest to rise a bit.
  9. 9Divide the dough into two equal parts.
  10. 10Place half the dough in a rectangular pan. Place the meats on top and cover with the remaining dough.
  11. 11Brush with beaten egg and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
