Amazingly tender. It was kind of a quick meal because I️ didn’t have time for them to bake in the oven, so I️ put them in my pressure cooker for about 30 minutes and then in the oven at 400 degrees for about ten minutes (5 mins on each side) , sauces them up and served them . They were form tender !
