This marinade is excellent!! Added extra lemon juice as a personal preference.

Turned out a bit dry. But that may be the cooking temp. The meat still had a good taste though. Next time I will use indirect heat to cook on the BBQ.

Great marinade! We added pineapple between the pork and smoked it on our pellet grill. The pineapple and spice really complimented each other!
