  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon spices (Chinese five-)
  • 4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon orange peel (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

    Directions

    1. Mix together seasoning ingredients and rub over surface or pork. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    2. Roast pork in shallow pan in preheated 350 degree F. oven about 40 minutes to 1 1/2 hours (20 minutes per pound) until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees F. Remove roast from oven; let rest about 10 minutes. minutes before carving.
