Ingredients

8 ounces egg noodles (package)
2 cups Alfredo sauce (canned or your favorite recipe)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup bread crumbs
pot roast (3 to 4 ls.)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt
pepper

Directions

1Place roast in crock pot and coat with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
3Remove and chop up meat. I like to do this the day before so all I have to do on the day we make this is throw everything else together.
4Cook noodles until barely aldente and preheat oven to 350.
5Mix together Alfredo sauce, sour cream, mushrooms, and mozzarella. Stir into noodles gently. Fold in meat.
6Spread into a 9x13 pan. Top with parmesan.
7Cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
8Uncover and allow to set.
9Dig in!
