Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles (package)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (canned or your favorite recipe)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • pot roast (3 to 4 ls.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Place roast in crock pot and coat with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  3. Remove and chop up meat. I like to do this the day before so all I have to do on the day we make this is throw everything else together.
  4. Cook noodles until barely aldente and preheat oven to 350.
  5. Mix together Alfredo sauce, sour cream, mushrooms, and mozzarella. Stir into noodles gently. Fold in meat.
  6. Spread into a 9x13 pan. Top with parmesan.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
  8. Uncover and allow to set.
  9. Dig in!
