Ingredients

2 tomatoes (large saladette)
1 serrano chilies
1 piece onions
1 clove garlic
salt
oil
1 square pork rind (piece, in pieces, or 1 bag pork rinds)
tortillas
lime juice

Directions

1In a small saucepan, cook the tomatoes, chili, and onion.
2In a blender, add the tomato, chili, onion, and garlic. Puree until smooth and add salt.
3In the saucepan where the tomatoes were cooked, add 1 tablespoon oil and the sauce. Season with salt as needed and add the pork rinds.
4Serve on a warm tortilla and add lime juice.
