Ingredients

  • 4 tostadas
  • refried beans
  • lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 cup pork (rinds, cubed)
  • 1 tomato (finely diced)
  • 1/4 onion (finely diced)
  • 1 lime
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • salsa (Prepared spicy)
  • avocado (sliced)

Directions

  1. Mix the pork rinds, tomato, and onion together in a bowl. Add the lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the refried beans on the tostadas. Layer with lettuce and the pork rind mixture and top with avocado slices. Serve with salsa on the side.

I first made this recipe to try and bring something unique to our social gatherings that everyone would enjoy. This was the perfect option because it tastes amazing, requires little time to make, and bring a variety of flavors to your pallette. I will be making these 4 star finger foods for all of my future gatherings.
