This was lovely. You do need to get your ingredients sorted before you start though because it’s a quick make. I added a whole punnet of mushrooms and served with sweet potato mash and green beans. Will definitely make this again. Thought I might try it with blue cheese another time.

This recipe is amazing I had to make my own creme fraiche, I think it made it better. I also cooked my pork all the way through and opted to make the sauce separate and it still tasted awesome
