  • 2 tablespoons garlic chili sauce (depending on how hot you like it)
  • 12 fresh basil leaves (if large, cut in half)
  • 30 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves (fresh, no stems)
  • 1 green onion (sliced)
  • 2 heads Boston lettuce
  • 2 cups red cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups carrots (shredded or thinly spiralized)

Nice, used pork mince and also did it in lettuce leaves. Next time I'll just use Shredded red cabbage in stead of a whole fresh one.
