  • 1 pound pork tenderloin (or pork loin, cut into thin strips)
  • 4 cups riced cauliflower (see my recipe on how to rice cauliflower here)
  • 1/4 cup carrots (finely diced, optional, see notes)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup liquid aminos (or Coconut Aminos or Tamari)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • 2 scallions (sliced, green and white parts divided)
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter
  • 2 tablespoons flavored oil (mild, I used light olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
