Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 5 1/4 ounces boneless pork chops
  • 1 bunch spring onions (chopped, green ends cut in 1/2 lengthwise for garnish)
  • 1/2 baguette (sliced)
  • 4 small tomatoes (sliced)
  • 7 ounces camembert cheese (sliced, rind removed)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease 4 small ramekins. Heat oil in a pan and sear meat for about 3 mins per side. Remove from pan and set aside. Add spring onion and cook for 1 min. Remove from heat and set aside. Arrange bread, meat, tomatoes, onions and cheese in ramekins and bake for 10 mins.
