These boneless seasoned pork chops are smothered in a creamy mushroom wine sauce, topped with cheese, and baked until bubbly!

- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 thin cut boneless pork chops
- salt (to taste, for pork)
- black pepper (to taste, for pork)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (for first batch)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (for second batch)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (for mushrooms)
- 4 oz. cremini mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (for mushrooms)
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper (for mushrooms)
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 scallion (large, minced)
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Combine the flour, paprika, and garlic powder in a shallow bowl and whisk together.
- Season the pork chops liberally on both sides with the salt and black pepper.

Pork chops were very tender, the gravy was perfect next time I would add more mushrooms

Tastes great! Very flavorful. Need to increase the mushroom sauce, since I had 5 chops instead of 4. Will definitely make again.
