- 8 center cut pork chops (seasoned)
- 1 can cream (onion soup)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- potatoes (8 med., peeled)
- 1 can English peas (drained)
- 1 can carrots (drained)
- Place pork chops in bottom of 9"x13" pan.
- Layer thinly sliced potatoes, peas and carrots alternately until all are used.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour both cans of soup over mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
