  • 8 tomatillos (husks removed and washed)
  • 4 jalapeño peppers (roasted, seeded and diced, reserve 2 for garnishing)
  • 1 handful chopped cilantro (plus more to add before serving)
  • 1 tablespoon cumin (freshly ground)
  • 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon granulated garlic
