It turned out great! After I fork through the meat I laid it out on a flat pan and broil it. I poured some of the juice on the meat before broiling and it made it perfect! Not dry

Great recipe I used crockpot turned out amazing

Great flavors! I used the slow cooker on low for 8 hours and threw it in the oven under the broiler. The broiler is key!

My didn’t turn out like the picture. I think I doubled the recipe, so it took a lot longer for it to turn syrupy. I may have burned it a bit. Though mine doesn’t look as good as the picture, it was still delicious.

Love this. I over broiled mine unfortunately. Def gonna make it again but I’ll keep a better eye on the broiler next time.

fun to make could use a little more taste I'm not a foodie so I'm not sure what but it was good was not overpowering, add some onion, salsa and lime and some corn tortillas and we got something.

It was amazing! Great flavor. before cooking down the sauce, I took the time to put the sauce in the freezer in order to skim off the fat, it was worth it. Will definately make again.

Turned out great I added a little chipotle powder before broiling

The entire family loved these! While this recipe did take a while, it was not difficult to make. We did have a lot of liquid and that took a while to reduce, probably closer to 40 min. I did end up skimming a lot of the fat before mixing the meat back into the reduction. We tend to like spicy foods, so I'll add a pepper next time during cooking to add a bit of a kick.

Used a crockpot to cook and it was very good. More liquid to boil down but worth your time.

I used 2 pounds instead of 4, but kept the ingredient measurements the same. It came out very flavorful. The only somewhat challenging part was the reduction, which wasn’t hard it’s just something I don’t normally do. I will make this again.

Easy to prepare, tender and flavorful. The final step of putting the meat under the broiler a few minutes does give it that beautiful caramelized finish.

I didn’t get much of the flavor of the herbs and spices and citrus. I already had a smoked Boston butt and marinated the pulled meat overnight. Next time I will pump up the flavor

My pork butt was 5 pounds and I cooked for 5 hours to get to a point where the meat pulled apart with a fork. It was delicious.

So good. Made in the oven with cast iron Dutch oven. Will definitely make again. I also may try this method for jerk pork. Thanks!
