Description

This is a creamy dish that is both salty, and savory. Using a blender will combine the colorful ingredients together. While taking only 25 minutes to make this Italian dish will make a great dinner.

Ingredients

200 grams porcini
olive oil
150 milliliters chicken stock
50 milliliters heavy cream
salt
ground black pepper

Directions

1Clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Saute in a little olive oil for a few minutes.
2Add the chicken stock, cream, and a pinch of both salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
3Use an electric mixer or immersion blender and puree until smooth. Serve with steak, such as grilled sirloin steak.
