I was scared when I saw the recipe called for peanut butter in the coleslaw, but I tried it anyway. Wow, what an explosion of flavors inside my mouth. This is by far one of the most uniquely flavored dishes I have tasted. All the weird combinations just work and work so well. I would have never thought to put peanut butter and cabbage together, but hey what do I know?
