We will be using this recipe for our annual "KRAUTFEST". I have prepared it and tested it with others. Knock-out good !!! This is over good as I make my own kraut, this year we put up 53 pints & 41 qts.

my husband is czech and i am polish. Love it!!! we love saurkraut anyway so it's a no-brainer for us. add a little more liquid...milk or soup so it isnt absorbed by pasta! AWESOME PEOPLE
