Good, don’t think I cooked the polenta lob enough before I put the sauce and chicken on top, or maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be

Pretty good! I think adding some roasted garlic and maybe mushrooms would give it more flavor. Overall it’s quick and easy!

These were a hit and a miss. It was super easy to prepare these, even for someone who hasn't ever used polenta before. They were quick to make and tasty with the fresh Basil. The adults in the house liked them, the kids not so much.
