Ingredients

  • 1 handful beans (preserved Pocha)
  • 1/2 garlic cloves (head)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes (dried)
  • 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • 4 slices sheep’s milk cheese (cured or semi-cured)

Directions

  1. 1Wash the Pocha beans in a strainer to remove the liquid from the preserve. Drain.
  2. 2Hydrate the cherry tomatoes in a bowl with hot water. Drain and pat dry.
  3. 3Slice the garlic and saute in olive oil until tender. Add the Pocha beans and stir.
  4. 4Place the beans on a plate, add the cherry tomatoes around the beans. Add the cheese on top and serve immediately.
