Ingredients

  • eggs
  • 1 onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 carrots
  • bacon slices
  • chorizo sausage
  • chorizo sausage
  • 1 package frozen peas
  • salt (to taste)
  • olive oil
  • 1 pinch paprika (and pepper)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • tomato paste (to taste)
  • white wine (to taste)

Directions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a saucepan, and saute bay leaf, onion, and garlic clove, until onion is translucent.
  2. 2Add chorizo/bacon and tomatoes, and fry a little.
  3. 3Cut the carrots into thin strips, and add to the pan with 1 teaspoon of white wine.
  4. 4Stir, and gradually add enough water so peas can cook afterwards.
  5. 5Season with salt, pepper, and a little paprika.
  6. 6When the water boils, add the peas, and cover. Cook on low heat until peas arel very soft.
  7. 7Just before turning off the heat, pour the eggs on top, and cook until done, to taste.
