Sweet and creamy, this recipe for Plum and Honey Smoothie is a great grab and go breakfast option. Made with juicy ripe plums, all natural plain yogurt, and just a touch of honey, all you need is a blender to make this delicious fruit smoothie. Great for a quick on the go meal or snack, this recipe makes two servings. For a thicker smoothie, you can add ice to the blender. Pour into the glasses and serve with a drizzle of honey on top.


  • 2 servings
  • 150 grams plums
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 natural yogurts


  1. Wash the plums, cut in half, and remove the pit.
  2. Place everything in a blender or food processor and give it a few turbo boosts, clean the sides of the bowl with a spatula, add the yogurts, and chop it all very finely, until it gets the desired consistency.
  3. To serve, add an ice cube, and a thread of honey.
