Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ladyfinger cookies (coarsely broken)
  • 15 ounces plums (in fruit juice, drained, reserve juice)
  • 2 1/2 cups vanilla custard (or pudding)
  • 1 2/3 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 2 ounces chocolate (coated honeycomb candy, coarsely chopped)

Directions

  1. Distribute crushed cookies between 8 - 13.25 oz serving glasses. Add plums then pour custard over top. Add yogurt, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 4 hours.
  2. Serve sprinkled with honeycomb candy.
