  • 8 ounces plum jelly (OR preserves)
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork on both sides, about 2 minutes per side. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 10-12 minutes.
