Description
This tomato soup is flavored with the makings of pizza, making for a healthy meal when you are craving those flavors. - 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 green pepper (diced)
- 1/3 cup onion (diced)
- 10 mushrooms (diced)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (prepared, for pasta)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 50 grams pepperoni (cut into halves)
- 1/2 tsp. oregano (ground)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella (shredded)

Directions
- Place the olive oil in a saucepan and saute the pepper, onion, and mushrooms, cooking for approximately 8 minutes and stirring from time to time until the vegetables soften and are cooked through.
- Add the tomato sauce, water, pepperoni, and oregano. Cover the pan, lower the heat, and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve, topped with cheese.
