I couldn't get my youngest son to eat meatloaf, even though we all loved it. That all changed when I found this recipe. I used Italian sausage rather than polish, but any kind of sausage would work. I had to use more than 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs too. It was more like a cup when it was all said and done. The aroma of this cooking was intense and the flavors was impeccable.
