Description
If you have a bread machine, you can use it make pizza dough from scratch. Just combine all the ingredients--flour, yeast, olive oil, water, salt, and sugar in the machine and let it do its part in mixing the dough the right way. You will then have the pleasure of pulling and stretching the dough into ovals with your own hands. The dough just needs a short rise (about 15 minutes) in a warm spot before being ready for the toppings.

- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 170 mL water

Directions
- Place the flour, olive oil, yeast, salt, sugar, and water in the bread machine and turn it on to the pizza dough function.
- Use the palm of your hand to roll out the dough into 2 pizzas. Let them rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
