I didn’t have canned dough so I made my own. Had extra sauce for dipping. Delicious.

These were good. My very fussy husband and son really liked them. I don't really like those premade tubes of pizza dough, so I used pizza dough I made at home in my bread machine. It worked fine. I also added some sausage I had browned ahead of time. I will definitely make again with other fillings like pepperoni, and I'd like to try a "white" version without sauce.

Very basic but good. Exactly what you’d expect from the recipe. A little dense and not quite flaky

make sure to cut into short rolls, we made ours too thick and it needed an extra 15 minute. would try again

I made this and it tasted great but looked and felt really messy. The original article with the recipe states that this is a finger food but there's no way that would work with how mine turned out. Regardless, they tasted great and my extremely picky kiddos LOVED them!

These came out perfect. Instead of frozen pizza dough....I made it from scratch.

I used crescent dough instead of pizza dough, it was delicious! It was gooey and flaky. I was a little worried the dough switch wouldn’t work, but it totally did! Plus it was fun to make with my 6 year old. The prep took a little more time than I thought since I had to let it chill long enough to cut, but it was worth it. I will definitely be making it again. :)

We made these for a recent football game using homemade pizza dough and they were a hit with everyone. Definitely freeze before slicing them, as the instructions say. We tried to slice without freezing and they squished out too much. We served our's with a side of ranch to dip them in. Very tasty.
