    Easy and yummy. Mine didn’t have a pocket but I’m sure with some practice it’ll get better

    Made 3 small loaves. First one the temp was not high enough yet (just me being impatient) and it turned out more like pita chips, the second was perfect and for the third the heat was too high. Now I know what I will be doing with my whole wheat flour... ❤️
