  • 2 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon gluten flour
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

    Directions

    1. Combine water, yeast and honey in a measuring cup.
    2. Add half of the flour and salt and mix. Continue adding flour until soft and stretchy. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes.
    3. Place in an oiled bowl and allow to rise until almost doubled.
