  • 1/2 cup brown rice flour
  • 10 tablespoons soy (Garden or butter)
  • 2 tablespoons Mount Gay Rum
  • 1 tablespoon extract (Pure Pistachio)
  • 1/4 cup vanilla sugar (Orange)
  • 1 cup large egg whites (about 8 or 9)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup pistachio nuts (shelled, lightly chopped, about 1-ounce)
  • 1 dash green food coloring (to top)
