Ingredients

  • 200 grams pistachios
  • chicken cutlets
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 eggs
  • vegetable oil

Directions

  1. 1Open the pistachios and put them in a mortar and pestle or spice grinder. Grind well until a powder forms.
  2. 2Season the cutlets with salt and black pepper. Coat with the beaten egg, and then dredge in the pistachio meal.
