  • 120 grams softened butter
  • 140 grams flour
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 50 grams milk chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • 5 teaspoons pistachio (flavor)
  • food coloring (blue)
  • 50 grams 70% dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons milk


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cupcake Preparation:
  3. Chop the milk chocolate into chips.
  4. In a bowl, combine softened butter and sugar until mixture turns pale.
  5. Add the eggs, one at a time while mixing.
