I've had this before, but crushed pineapple was one of the ingredients. It is a wonderful light dessert. I am going to try it without the pineapple and add some chopped pecans.

This dessert is so simple to make and the results are great. I also tried it with vanilla Oreos instead of chocolate and banana pudding instead of pistachio and it tasted like a banana cream pie. Once you know this recipe there are endless variations. Can't wait to try more versions.
