Ingredients

  • 4 New York pork chops (top loin, 1 1/2-inch thick)
  • 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tablespoon ground mustard (stone-)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

Directions

  1. Place chops in large, resealabe plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops; seal. Refrigerate 4-24 hours.
  2. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chops 12-16 minutes, turning once until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.*
