Pipe and tomato sauce and Fresh Mozzarella

Ingredients

pasta (cooked)
1 tomato paste (riped)
1/2 onions
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic
1 fresh mozzarella balls
pepper
oregano

Directions

1In a pan, heat olive oil and slowly cook onions and the finely chopped garlic over low heat.
2Blanch tomatoes for a few seconds and peel.
3Crush tomatoes by hand and add to pan.
4Add bay leaf.
5Cook over low heat until the tomatoes are tender and falling apart.
6Season with salt and pepper.
7Add cooked pasta and mix well.
8Pour onto an oven-safe dish and arrange sliced mozzarella on top.
9Brown in preheated oven until the cheese melts.
10Serve immediately and garnish with oregano.
