  • pasta (cooked)
  • 1 tomato paste (riped)
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 fresh mozzarella balls
  • pepper
  • oregano

Directions

  1. In a pan, heat olive oil and slowly cook onions and the finely chopped garlic over low heat.
  2. Blanch tomatoes for a few seconds and peel.
  3. Crush tomatoes by hand and add to pan.
  4. Add bay leaf.
  5. Cook over low heat until the tomatoes are tender and falling apart.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
  8. Pour onto an oven-safe dish and arrange sliced mozzarella on top.
  9. Brown in preheated oven until the cheese melts.
  10. Serve immediately and garnish with oregano.
