With layers of creamy yogurt and tart grapefruit, these pink grapefruit parfaits are a wonderful breakfast accompaniment or snack on the go. Sweetened with brown sugar and honey, the grapefruit adds a citrus boost of flavor to yogurt flavored with cinnamon and ginger. Ready in 25 minutes, these parfaits are both tasteful and full of taste.

- 2 grapefruits (large pink)
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- honey
- 150 grams greek yogurt
- 250 mL sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- chia seeds

Directions
- Finely grate the zest of 1 grapefruit, be careful not to pierce the bitter white skin.
- Peel the grapefruit, detach and peel or supreme the segments. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Whisk the sour cream in a bowl until it thickens while remaining soft.
