This recipe for stuffed peppers is super simple to make and is a great dish to bring to a gathering or party. The small green peppers are stuffed with ground pork that has been lightly seasoned with mustard seeds. After baking, the peppers are sprinkled with feta cheese. This simple dish comes together in about 30 minutes, making the perfect little bite that can be make with few ingredients and very little time.

- 1Season the meat with salt, pepper and little mustard seeds.
- 2Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and fill them with meat. Sprinkle them lightly with oil and put them on parchment-lined baking tray. Cook them in a preheated oven (180 degrees Celsius) for 10-15 minutes (depending on how big they are). After taking them out of the oven, add some feta cheese crumbles on top and serve immediately.
