Ingredients

  • 1 cup jicama (peeled, chopped)
  • 1 carrots (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 orange (peeled, seeded)
  • roasted peanuts (as desired)
  • 15 milliliters lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

Directions

  1. 1Shred the orange carefully into small pieces with your hands.
  2. 2Mix the jicama, carrot, cucumber, and orange in a medium bowl.
  3. 3Mix the lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a small bowl to make the dressing.
