- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup green papaya (grated, [ about 4 oz or 100 gms])
- 2 Tbsp. salted peanuts (chopped, roasted and, and some extra for garnish.)
- 2 thai basil leaves ([optional])
