Very tasty, much better than the old recipe I had been using.

Very good taste. Simple to do. Roasted the beets wrapped in foil with a little olive oil. For the cider I used apple cider vinegar and also added a "pinch" of crushed red peppers. Will make again. Thank you for sharing.
