Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper (large, chopped)
  • 1 onions (medium, chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup pimento stuffed olives (sliced)
  • 8 ounces linguine (cooked and drained)
  • 1/2 cup queso fresco (cheese, crumbled)

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef, green pepper, onion and garlic in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until ground beef is done and vegetables are tender. Stir in Pasta Sauce, raisins and olives. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Toss with hot linguine, cilantro and cheese.
