baked the green pepper to soften a little, but it didnt soften too much. my husband said the pepper had no flavor. the cheese may have been too much.

This is an excellent dish. Have made it several times. A great way to have a Philly cheesesteak that is very low carb and low on calories than your traditional philly cheesteak on bread. i use flat iron steak for mine instead of roast beef. itz delicious!
