It was pretty good. I used half of the smallest onion I could find and it was a little too much onion. I would definitely use less next time. I would also probably leave out the ketchup next time too. It made it taste more burger-ish than Philly cheesesteak-ish. Actually, it tasted strikingly similar to a White Castle burger.

Turned out great! Didn’t use a cast iron skillet and still turned out ok! Would highly recommend and was super easy to make as I am not a great chef!

delicious; used ground turkey and less onion and green pepper, Swiss cheese on the sandwich instead of melted in the meat. will definitely make it again.
