  • 4 ounces flank steak (slices)
  • 1 French roll
  • 1/2 ounce green pepper (juilenne)
  • 1 ounce mushrooms (sauteed, sliced)
  • 1 ounce onions (sauteed)
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 5 ounces cottage fries
  • 1 endive
  • 1 pickle spear (Kosher, may substitute)

    Directions

    1. Grill slices of flank steak in butter. Grill green peppers 1 minute. Split French roll on 1 side. Butter and grill until warm. Take peppers, onions, mushrooms and put on top of flank steak. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Cover for 1/2 minute with lid.
    2. Put in French roll and cut at an angle. Put on plate. Deep fry cottage fries and put on plate. Put on garnish.
